Sanitary Centrifugal Pump
• Usage ScenariosWidely applied in food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical and chemical industries, it is mainly used to transport media with extremely high hygiene requirements, such as raw milk, fruit juice, liquid medicine, cosmetic base materials, etc., to meet the clean and pollution-free fluid transportation demands in production processes.
• Supporting ProductsIt usually forms a complete fluid transportation system together with sanitary pipelines, valves, filters, CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems, etc., to ensure the whole process complies with industry hygiene specifications.
• Working Temperature and Pressure
• Working Temperature: Generally applicable to the range of -20℃ to 140℃ (specific values shall be confirmed according to the material and model), which meets the temperature requirements of conventional food and pharmaceutical processes.
• Working Pressure: The design pressure is usually 0.6MPa to 1.6MPa, which can be adjusted according to specific working conditions to ensure stable and efficient transportation.
• Seal Model and Material
• Seal Model: Mostly adopts mechanical seals (single-end or double-end mechanical seals). The flow rate of the centrifugal pump generally ranges from 1t/h to 50t/h, which is determined according to the on-site pipeline flow and demands of customers. The motor power can reach 0.55kW to 11kW, with options of ABB motors and domestic brand motors, and their prices vary accordingly.
• Material: The wetted parts (pump body, impeller) are usually made of 304 or 316L stainless steel (complying with FDA and EHEDG hygiene standards). The sealing materials adopt food-grade silicone rubber or fluororubber, ensuring no dead corners, easy cleaning and avoiding medium contamination.
• Product Features
• Hygienic Design: Dead-corner-free structure with surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.8μm, supporting Clean-in-Place (CIP), which meets the strict hygiene requirements of the food and pharmaceutical industries.
