This easy-to-install unit fits standard 1.5”/2” tri-clamp, weld or threaded port connections, compatible with 25mm-50mm inlet pipe systems. Connect it to your CIP circulation pump, insert and lock the spray ball with the positioning pin on your tank opening, and the evenly distributed jet orifices will deliver omnidirectional rinsing with cleaning media including hot water, dilute acid/alkaline sanitizer and food-grade cleaning solution, under 0.2-0.6MPa working pressure.
Fabricated from 304/316L food-grade stainless steel with polished surface, it resists corrosion from most cleaning agents. Note: Do not use it under pressure exceeding 1.0MPa, regularly unclog the spray orifices to avoid blockage from particulate impurities, and confirm material compatibility with your special cleaning media before operation to extend service life.
