Ideal for fluid systems requiring frequent CIP/SIP cleaning.
II. Key Usage Points
1. Material Matching: Use SS304 for general use; SS316L is recommended for corrosive or pharmaceutical environments to ensure resistance to acids/alkalis (pH 1-14).
2. Installation: Use matching Tri-Clamp flanges and gaskets (PTFE, Silicone, FKM). Ensure even force along the conical surface during tightening to prevent stress-induced leaks.
3. Pressure & Temperature: Working pressure varies by size; small bores (DN15-50) reach 16 bar, while large bores should stay under 10 bar. Match seal materials to operating temperatures.
4. Maintenance: Regularly inspect the polished surface (Ra ≤ 0.8μm). Use dedicated tools for disassembly to prevent flange deformation.
III. Ancillary Use
1. Connections: Weld adapters for rigid pipes; ferrules or safety clamps for hoses. Supports sizes DN10-DN100 (1-4 inches).
2. Components: Use with clamps, gaskets (NSF51/FDA compliant), and blind caps. PTFE-lined or barbed adapters are available for specialized fluid needs.
3. Hose Compatibility: Recommended for use with platinum-cured braided silicone hoses (temp range: -73.3°C to 204.4°C).

• Packaging: Protected by anti-static pearl cotton and cartons. Small sizes are grouped (6-10 pcs); large sizes are individually bubble-wrapped to prevent scratches. Labels must include material, size, standard, and batch number for traceability.
• Certification: Compliant with 3A, FDA CFR 177.2600, USP Class VI, and ISO 10993. SS316L includes chemical reports (Mo ≥ 2.0%). Supports custom reducers and food-grade seals.
V. Production Standards
