Since the closure of the Strait of Hormuz, Southeast Asian countries that rely heavily on imports of industrial oil such as petroleum, especially Vietnam and Thailand, have seen their production costs rise sharply. China, however, has barely been affected by external factors, leading to a surge in orders from the United States and European countries in recent months. Orders have spiked for several of our workshops, including those producing standard valves and pipe fittings, non-standard custom pipe fittings for new energy equipment, fuel cell equipment, and a wide range of stainless steel parts for new energy vehicles. Despite adding new production lines and workshops, we are still operating at full capacity. We have turned down many scattered small orders to ensure we can focus fully on maintaining product quality. Our workers are working under tough conditions, as the hot summer in China has pushed temperatures in many polishing and welding workshops to over 49 degrees Celsius. Even so, we continue production around the clock without cutting corners, as quality and delivery time are the foundation of our survival.
